Battery

This appliance operates with one

AAA 1.5 V battery. For best perform-

ance, use an alkaline manganese

battery (type LR03, AM4, AAA, e.g.

Duracell).

• Make sure the appliance is turned

off.

• Remove the battery compartment

cover (4) by pulling downwards (a).

• Insert the battery with the (+) and

(–) poles in the direction marked.

• Close the battery compartment.

Note: If the appliance is not used for

long periods of time, do not leave

the battery inserted (danger of

leakage). Take an expired battery

out of the appliance immediately.

Used batteries should not

be disposed of with the

household waste. Please

dispose of them at special collection

points or return them to your retailer

or authorised service centres.

Using the appliance

Your SilkFinish comes with two

ultra slim cutting heads which have

different cutting area sizes. Both

heads are uniquely contoured to

closely and safely remove any

unwanted hair on every curve of

your body and face (eyebrowns,

chin, upper lip etc.).

The regular cutting head (2) is ideal

for removing or trimming hair.

The precision cutting head (6) is

perfect for detailing and removal of

stray hairs.

Getting started

• Remove the protective cap (1).

• Slide the on/off switch (3) up to

turn the appliance on.

• Place the cutting head against the

hair to be removed and guide it

slowly against the direction of hair

growth. For optimum results, pull

the skin taut with one hand while

using.

• Turn the appliance off before

changing the cutting heads.

• To exchange cutting head (2) with

cutting head (6) and vice versa,
